Arte Original LLC (“Arte Original”) is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights on both the development of the Arte Original website (the “Site”)  and its content, unless expressly mentioned otherwise. The User must seek the prior approval of Arte Original for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents from the Site. 

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Arte Original will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Site that are reported to Arte Original.
