Amanda Rodríguez
Amanda Rodríguez (1984) is a Chilean artist, graduated in Arts, with a specialization in painting at the Universidad de Chile. Master of Arts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
The construction of her artworks is developed in series that explore different edges of the same idea, endowing the image, the support, or the materiality with a symbolic load in accordance with the concepts they address. In “Cuerpo presente” human nature as the center, endowed with force, without the need for context, the nude as a vehicle of transmission in art, increasing the meaning of life.
