Prada Colón (Luis Prada Colón, Venezuela, 1976) is a sculptor trained at the Escuela de Artes Plásticas Armando Reverón in Barcelona, Anzoátegui, and at the Instituto Universitario de Estudios Superiores de Artes Plásticas Armando Reverón (Iuesapar), in Caracas. His work is closely related to marine fauna, especially the representation of tropical fish and birds. This fascination with nature stems from the environment in which he grew up, in front of the beaches of Margarita Island and on the Caribbean coast of Anzoátegui.
