Gabriela Adriana Otero (Lugano, Buenos Aires, 1973) is an Argentinian visual artist and sculptor. At the age of 12, she began to be linked to artistic work at the Escuela de Bellas Artes Lola Mora, where she later received the diploma of National Drawing Teacher. She also graduated as a National Professor of Sculpture and Painting at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredón, now the Universidad Nacional de las Artes. In her prolific career, in addition to attending workshops of the renowned sculptor Antonio Pujía, she has taught art in schools, worked as a set designer and costume designer in Italy, and was also part of “Hazcruzado”, an artistic collective of visual-multimedia experimentation where scenography, projections, music, and contemporary dance were integrated.
